forum lab. is an independent artist-run space founded in 2024 by Ioana Bartha (visual artist, cultural mediator, curator), Carmen Burnar (visual artist, graphic designer) and Nicolae Ungureanu (visual artist, graphic designer). The space encompasses a laboratory of creation - both individual and collective - aimed at artistic research, an exhibition space, a stage dedicated to the expression and experimentation of cultural initiatives by local communities of emerging artists and a collaborative platform for artists of all fields, creative/cultural associations and the public (on a local, national and international level) that aims to promote contemporary art of all types, forming and developing lasting collaborative connections. At forum lab. a series of activities, projects and events are held such as: open workshops, artist talks, workshops, exhibitions, vernissages/finishes, film/theatre/music evenings, pop-up shops and many others.
