Open Studios at Combinatul Fondului Plastic is an initiative of the Combinart/1+1=10 Association. This way the public can view more open studios, and our goal is to include in this project all the existing 60 studios and working-spaces within this heterogeneous artistic community, potentially a creative-hub of almost 2 acres surface. In our vision just this way one can understand and realize the complexity and diversity of art in this former factory of art supplies of the Romanian Union of Artists which, somehow, survived the social and economical changes of the latest years from communist to post-communist Romania, and now at almost 50 year of existence, is preparing seemingly for a spectacular re-newel.
