The "Reduta" Cultural Center is one of the oldest cultural establishments in Brașov. The old "Reduta" building, erected in the 18th century and located in the Old Center of the city, on Teatrului Street (now Apollonia Hirscher Street), initially served as a theater, concert hall, and ballroom. The former Arcadia Hall, part of the "Reduta"Cultural Center, has been repurposed as an exhibition space dedicated to artists, providing both exhibition opportunities and artist residencies.

The exhibition “Shadows of Flight” by artist Oana Obacu, hosted at Centrul Cultural Reduta, invites you on a visual journey through an impressive collection of works dedicated to ravens. As part of the ART DEBUT BRAȘOV project, the exhibition presents 77 pieces, continuing the series showcased at the Turnul Artelor, from a total of 365 works created by the artist, one for each day of the year. This exhibition brings to life the mystery and symbolism of ravens, blending visual art with interactive events: an opening vernissage accompanied by an instrumental recital, new media performances that explore the boundaries between art and technology, creative workshops, and open discussions with the artist. The ART DEBUT BRAȘOV project is organized by the KunSTadt Cultural Association and funded by the Municipality of Brașov.
