Developing team spirit Strengthening personal identity through activities and relationships. Developing an entrepreneurial, pro-human, pro-culture spirit Addressing the need for direction through the development of motor functions and "hands-on" attention by working in nature. Fostering empathy, both personal and collective. Helping us become aware of the real needs related to our personal home or in relation to the public space we share/inherit – neighborhood, surroundings, and the benefit offered by working towards a defined, yet altruistic goal, mutually agreed upon. Responding to the need for social art, creating dialogue within the community through art. Creating local monuments using the specific histories of contemporary social communities. The "Roundabout, circle around a circle" project is a participatory art project, materialized by involving the schools around a roundabout (e.g., School 13, School 12, Mihai Viteazul School in Șelimbăr) in creating creative communities that reflect the unique characteristics of their neighborhoods. This is done through the aesthetic redevelopment of roundabouts near the schools, using the method and principles of PARTICIPATORY ART. Later, the result of the artistic act will be showcased in two exhibitions, in June and October, at events like the Sibiu International Theatre Festival and the White Night of the Galleries.

A real art encounter is promised by this art installations that bring us this time in front of the following stages: See, Think, Feel! The essential difference between the beauty of expression and the power of expressing lies in the beauty found in the Renaissance or the works of the ancient Greeks, aimed at sensory pleasure, while the power of expression has a deeper and more moving spiritual energy. Paraphrasing the words of Henri Moore, we align by emphasizing that the goal of contemporary art languages is not to reproduce natural appearances, so they do not represent an escape from life, but rather a way to delve deeper into reality. Thus, art becomes an expression, an experimentation through visual metaphors of the meaning of life, and an impetus for a deeper effort in living it.
