Kulterra Gallery
str. Știrbei Vodă 104-106

Kulterra. A new art gallery. Through these few words we basically said everything. Nevertheless, in a city with a dynamic evading any concept, a city living by its own rhythm, prone to fabulous crashes and unconceivable expansions, punctual dissolutions and general reinventions, deep amnesias and surprisingly fresh renewals, the opening of a new art gallery is thusly both a normal and an exceptional event. It’s a rule and it’s an exception. It’s predictable and surprising. The usual yet so new... Contradiction and paradox is in the nature of Bucharest, which seem to live organically, fleeting the plans of architects and urbanists, defying the incapacity of budgets and adjusting its gaps through a communion of individual initiatives. People have become rigid in thought, feeling, and action. They move mechanically, disconnected from their true desires; they lack the courage to live from the heart. “Trippy Minds” invites you to switch off autopilot and step into a space where perception bends and control loosens. The encounter between Alexa Teletin, recognizable for surreal distortions, saturated color, and a tender yet feral humor, and Alex Manea, a voice of conceptual minimalism with irony and taut poetic tension, opens two parallel doors onto the same experience: to feel, to pause, to reconnect. We don’t shock; we gently steer perception—a soft detour that makes room for curiosity. A new perspective doesn’t erase the old; it honors it, completes it, and expands it. This is Curatorial Bridging: weaving distinct voices into a shared emotional arc, using space, sequence, and shifts in perception as storytelling tools. Come curious, leave a little rearranged.
