set an alert to sketch mode Street-performance context/concept In recent years, some independent artistic initiatives, which operated on gallery or artist run space principles, have encountered difficulties and have been forced to close or transform. There are constant discussions in the artistic community about how to better support independent art, including advocacy initiatives for more support from the authorities and the private sector. The fragility of contemporary art (often perceived as elitist or inaccessible), highlighted by the contrast between art exhibited on the street and the most traditional forms of exhibition, can be signaled much more visibly, in the context of an event such as the White Night of Galleries. The traveling exhibition / street-performance, will take place for an hour, in the city center, in the Cinema ARTA area (not at all randomly), in turn an almost abandoned cultural space, closed for almost 3 years. Goal: Encouraging passersby to share their opinions on contemporary art and the importance of independent art spaces. Inspired by the model of cultists who display their message directly in public space, I imagined an immersive experiment, inviting viewers to reflect on their own beliefs and values, in the cultural area. Specifically, I post in public space, not in virtual space, a series of sketches, hybrid drawings, texts, fanzines, while driving a cart (of the type used by Jehovah's Witnesses) that functions as an "art truck". I will also try to interview people interested in a dialogue, and the audio materials, video documentation and drawings exhibited in this way will be the subject of a possible in situ exhibition. Archive of echoes, from the local and global area, emergency sketches: hybrid drawings.etc.  (Diana Gherendi)
